The notorious American blogger Clavicular (real name Braden Peters) collected more than 1.5 million views on X (formerly Twitter) with an ironic remark that he was ready to “fix” Congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez. The statement came amid reports that the politician’s engagement to her fiancé was broken, as well as rising bets on Ocasio-Cortez’s nomination for US President by the Democratic Party in 2028.
The fact that 36-year-old Ocasio-Cortez and her lover Riley Roberts broke up was recently reported by TMZ and Puck. The Democratic Socialist has served in the US House of Representatives since 2019, and she announced her engagement in 2022. She and her fiance ended their relationship about two years ago, journalists found out amid the congresswoman’s recent statements about freezing her eggs.
20-year-old Clavicular was arrested several times earlier this year, suffered an overdose of illegal substances, and also faced criticism from subscribers because of rhinoplasty. The young influencer underwent surgery in his quest for a perfect appearance. The trend is called looksmaxxing on the Internet and includes practices that doctors call dangerous.

The phrase I can fix her/him in modern English implies a willingness to enter into a romantic relationship with a person who is considered in society to have certain problems or shortcomings. For example, it is often used jokingly in comments under photographs of arrested people who seem attractive to Internet users.
The blogger previously claimed that he considered himself apolitical and refused to express support for Republican President Donald Trump in an interview.
Ocasio-Cortez has not yet responded to Peters' comment, but previously answered TMZ's questions about Luxmaxing and Clavicular personally. The congresswoman then refrained from criticizing the blogger, but noted that she would not want young people to be subjected to excessive pressure because of their appearance, just like girls. She suggested that being completely happy with your appearance is impossible and people should not dwell on this topic.
In August, Ocasio-Cortez topped the ranking of likely Democratic candidates in the 2028 US presidential election for the first time on the Polymarket forecasting site. Users of the site, where bets are made according to the principle of an exchange, predict her success in the party primaries with 19 percent confidence.
Previously, the leader was California Governor Gavin Newsom, whose chances are now estimated at 17%. Third place with 16% is held by Senator Jon Ossoff with Russian roots, about whom RTVI wrote earlier. None of these politicians have yet officially run for president.

In the ranking of the most likely winners of the 2028 elections, US Vice President J.D. Vance (23%) still holds the lead, while Ocasio-Cortez rose to second place (13%). Rounding out the top three is another member of the Republican administration, Secretary of State Marco Rubio (12%), with Ossoff and Newsom tied for fourth (9%).
