Florida police arrested 50-year-old Miami resident Yircy Rivera for allegedly dumping a bucket of feces on a neighbor she suspected of having an affair with her husband. reports WFLA.
According to the arrest report reviewed by the station, Rivera and the victim lived in separate areas of a shared trailer at the Royal Country Mobile Homes complex. On the day of the incident, Rivera approached the vehicle from the neighbor's side and began knocking on the door. When the woman opened up, an outraged Rivera accused her of having a sexual relationship with her husband.
According to investigators, Rivera then entered the residence without permission and began pushing the neighbor, and before leaving, threw a bucket “containing human excrement” in her direction. Rivera later told a witness that she deliberately defecated in the container so that she could then “throw the contents in the victim’s face.”
After his arrest, Rivera was taken to a police station in northwest Miami-Dade County. During interrogation, she presented a different version of what happened. The woman said the toilet in her part of the trailer was broken, so she used a bucket and then tried to get rid of it. Rivera cited the smell that arose as the reason for the conflict with her neighbor.
Rivera also claimed that during an argument, a neighbor hit her in the head with a bat, leaving a laceration. However, she denied that she entered someone else’s home and threw a bucket at the victim.
As a result of the investigation, Rivera was charged with unlawful entry and battery.

Later, a court hearing was held on the issue of Rivera's release, NBC Miami clarifies. Judge Mindy Glaser ordered the woman held without bail, barring her from contacting the alleged victim and appointing a public defender.
“An interesting case,” the judge described the case.
Rivera is currently being held at the Turner-Guilford-Knight Correctional Center, People adds.
